Oh boy, I’m so full from tonight’s BBQ. As promised, I want to share the salad I made.
- A bed of spinach with cucumbers, drizzle with balsamic vinegar
- Strawberries, pineapple
- Sprinkle of chopped walnuts
- Optional: drizzle of salad dressing (I used Sun-dried Tomato & Oregano dressing)
It’s quite refreshing! I have so much leftover spinach. I can’t wait to make some Green Monster tomorrow!
